David embodies the instinctive “Nervous Nature” of the wary whitetail deer with this sculpture. It features a double drop whitetail in an alert position.
As David’s very first bronze sculpture he was able to really impress others with his interpretation of the beautiful South Texas Scenery & anatomical correctness.
These traits are crucial factors in his success as an artist & even till this day he accredits much of his artistic abilities to the experience he received from growing up in the Taxidermy industry.
This experience gave him the knowledge of the animals & their features. These are things most artist tend to overlook.
At just 22 years old this young artist began turning heads & from that point on David set the Hibler Legacy on the path from excellent Taxidermy to Fine Art as well.
